How to take care of you Flower Bouquet

Prepare Your Supplies
  • Clean the vase: Scrub it with soap and hot water to eliminate bacteria.
  • Use lukewarm water: Fill the vase with room-temperature water, as it absorbs easily.
  • Mix in flower food: Add the provided nutrient packet to feed the blooms and fight bacteria.
Process the Stems
  • Trim at an angle: Cut 1–2 inches off the bottom of each stem at a 45-degree angle.
  • Use sharp tools: Use floral shears or a sharp knife instead of household scissors to avoid crushing the stems.
  • Strip lower leaves: Remove all foliage that falls below the waterline to prevent rotting and bacteria.
  • Remove thorns: trip thorns carefully from roses to reduce injuries and bacterial growth
Optimize Location
  • Avoid direct sunlight: Place your arrangement in a cool, shaded area.
  • Dodge extreme temperatures: Keep flowers away from heating vents, stoves, and drafts.
  • Keep away from fruit: Keep the vase away from ripening produce, which releases aging gases
Ongoing Maintenance
  • Refresh water regularly: Change the water completely every 1 to 2 days.
  • Re-trim the stems: Cut the stems slightly every time you change the water.
  • Prune dying blooms
